CSK Public Relations is run by me, Caroline Kalu - a communications expert and former journalist with more than 20 years experience of the media industry.

I have always loved to share stories and CSK Public Relations was founded on that principle - to help other people and organisations share their stories through simple language, effective visuals and innovative ideas. As a fledgling reporter, I started out on a local London newspaper before becoming news editor of seven weekly titles. I then went on to join a PR agency specialising in NHS communications where I represented a number of hospitals in the South East dealing with crises such as the London bombings. Currently based in Oxfordshire, I provide support to a whole range of businesses in the fields of health, travel, education, food and drink, ecommerce and retail.

CSK Public Relations offers a bespoke service tailored to the needs of its clients. From social media support to full communications strategies, I am understanding of people's budgets and can work within your constraints allowing to you to achieve expert PR support without large agency prices. I am straightforward and honest and won't start recommending or charging for things you just plain don't need.

I understand that quality content is essential to excellent public relations and that in today's social media world it is more important to create meaningful, longlasting relationships with your customers than quick fixes or hardselling.
